In December 2023, the official release of China-Russia Dialogue: The 2023 Model (Chinese Version) took place, marking its ninth consecutive annual publication. Co-published since 2015 by the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University (IIS Fudan), the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), and the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ICCA RAS),, the report is authored collaboratively by Chinese and Russian experts and is presented in both languages for audiences in China and Russia.
