On March 27th, 2023, Elsevier, a leading provider of scientific, technical, and medical information products and services, announced its Highly Cited Chinese Researchers list for 2023. Prof. Wu Xinbo, Dean of the Institute of International Studies and Director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University, was honored as one of China’s Most Cited Researchers for the fourth consecutive year, starting in 2020. Professors Chen Zhimin, Tang Shiping, and Li Hui at Fudan University were also named on the list.
