On March 15th, 2018, U.S. Army Brigade General Robert Brian Davis, Special Assistant to the Director, Army Strategy, Plans and Policy visited the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University and exchanged in-depth opinions on current Sino-U.S.military relations with Professor WU Xinbo, Director of the Center for American Studies and Dean of the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University.
