One 2 June 2022, the EU passed the sixth-round sanction against Russia, which focused on restrictions on Russian oil exports to Europe. Taking this as an opportunity, around the EU’s energy crisis, the Center for China-Europe Relations at the Institute of International Studies of Fudan University hosted an academic seminar, based on which a report entitled European Energy Crisis under the Russia-Ukraine Conflict: Challenges and Prospects was issued as follows:
